Welcome to Mi-O Website/Mobile App! Please review the following terms & conditions that govern your basic use of and purchase of products from our Site/mobile app. Please note that your use of our Site/mobile app constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the ‘Agreement’), for a pleasant shopping experience.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, or change, move, delete and add to our site/mobile app, from time to time. Your use of our Site/mobile app following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms set forth.
You understand and accept that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, audio and material appearing on this Site/mobile app (collectively known as ‘Content’) are owned by mio.sg. You are expressly prohibited from using any Content without our express written consent. Except as otherwise stated herein, none of the material may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted or copied in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of Mi-O. You may not, without our express writen permission, ‘mirror’ any materials contained on this Site or any other server. Any unauthorised use of any material contained on this Site may violate domestic and/or international copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
ELECTRONIC MAIL COMMUNICATIONS
You agree that we may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of communicating updates to our products or services, to faciliate online purchases or for such other purposes as we may deem appropriate.
Merchandise displayed for sale at the Site /mobile apps have prices quoted in SGD.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & UPDATES
As much as we try to be as accurate as possible, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Sit/mobile app are for illustrative purposes only. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site/mobile app are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Mi-O reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
COLOUR / PRINT & SIZE VARIATIONS
Mi-O has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the Site/mobile app to ensure they are true to life. However, please make allowance for colour difference due to studio lighting or individual monitor/screen settings. Please note that minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) are not considered a defect. Different placement of prints are also not considered defects. Please ensure that your sizing measurements are accurate before placing an order. Refer to RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY below.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Customers shall be informed if for any reason we are unable to process your order. This may be due to products being out of stock, unforeseen limits on our resources, or other reasonable reasons not listed herein. We reserve the right to terminate your order due to mispricing, or other errors, regardless of whether payment has been charged to you.
SHIPPING (PLS NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION)
Currently, we ship within Singapore only. We offer free shipping on every order of minimum $60. For orders below $60, standard delivery fee of $6 applies.
Users are to bear cost of additional delays if you repeatedly fail to accept delivery for your order placed, or have provided incorrect or incomplete mailing address. Thus, please check your address filled in before confirming order. (Mi-O is not responsible for lost mail due to Singpost or delays due to festive season. User may log into your account to check status of your order with tracking code provided.)
We also provide Self-collection at below stated outlets islandwide. Self collection is free and is available at:

Please choose preferred self-collection location when checking out. Pick-up is available only after 5 days, regardless of the time the order is placed. Kindly collect your items once ready at the store outlet you have specified.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges/returns must be highlighted to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that we do not accept exchanges/returns for a change of mind.
If you have purchased an item in the wrong size, please contact us by emailing us at email@example.com with the subject line: “Order no. SAJAMIOXXXX: Size exchange”. You are required to bring the item down to our retail outlet where self-collection was made, or in the case of registered mailing, to our specified outlet (our customer officer will give you the full details in email). All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must also have their tag intact and be unworn/unaltered/unwashed. The following are NOT considered defects: 1. Color Discrepancy 2. Difference in placement of prints 3. Loose threading that does not affect overall stitching 4. Small stains/dots which do not affect the apparel’s overall appearance 5. Measurement discrepancy of up to 0.8 inches laid flat
Note: Exchanges / returns are not permissible for items that were purchased on sale or at a discounted rate (if a discount code was applied to the order).
In the event of a bounced parcel, we shall get in touch with you via email you signed up with. However please note that we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs, or terminate your Order if you repeatedly fail to accept delivery for your order placed.
MI-O APP REWARDS SCHEME
Through Mi-O Rewards Scheme, SajaMio wishes to reward our loyal customers for shopping at our retail outlets and webstore in Singapore. To join our Scheme and enjoy in-app privileges, please download Mi-O mobile application (“Mi-O mobile app”) and sign up for an account.The Mio Rewards registration process requires that you provide certain personal information including: mobile number, password, email address and name.
EARNING REWARD POINTS
In Singapore, you can earn reward points by visiting our participating outlets and making a purchase; and tapping on Rewards icon ✩ on our app to Scan QR code on the purchase receipt.
You can earn Mi-O reward points through the following means:
Every $1 spent in-store at participating outlets = 10 Mi-O Points
There is no expiry date for your Mi-O points. However, they cannot be exchanged for cash or in-kind, and cannot be transferred to another account.

REDEMPTION OF POINTS FOR REWARD VOUCHER
You may utilise your accumulated Mi-O reward points to select and redeem any of the reward coupons, which may, at any time, be featured on the Mi-O app.
Mode of redemption is solely through the Mi-O app downloadable on iOS or Android Play store. Eligibility for redemption of Rewards is subjected to your Points Balance and the availability of Reward coupons. Reward coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or in-kind, and cannot be transferred to another account.
Reward vouchers can only be used for a single transaction and any remaining amount will automatically be forfeited without exception.
Under My Profile, click on “My Reward Points” to see your earned points. When you have accumulated sufficient points, go to ‘REWARDS’ section, select your preferred reward voucher denomination and tap ‘REDEEM’. You will be asked to confirm a reward voucher purchase. Tap ‘OK’ to proceed and ‘Cancel’ to return to the previous screen.
UTILISE YOUR REWARD VOUCHER
Reward vouchers can be used (i) within the SajaMiO mobile app or (ii) at our outlets. Here’s how you can utilise a reward voucher during online checkout:
- Go to CART, then tap CHECKOUT.
- Under PROMO OR VOUCHER CODE, tap on ‘SELECT’.
- Your available vouchers will be shown. Please tap ‘APPLY’ button next to the voucher code you would like to use.
- Your voucher code discount will be reflected in the cart total.
APPLE AND GOOGLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms supplement and incorporate (a) in case the Application is distributed through Apple, Inc.’s (“Apple”) system, Apple’s Terms and Conditions (located at www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html#service) including, without limitation, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement provided therein (“Apple Terms”); and (b) in case the Application is distributed through Google Inc’s (“Google”) system, Google Play Terms of Service (located at http://play.google.com/about/play-terms.html) (“Google Terms”). If any of the provisions of the Apple Terms, Google Terms or any applicable Mi-O Policies conflict with these Terms, these Terms will control, solely to the extent that such terms apply to the Application.
Some functionality of the Application, including Online Payment, may require the transmission of information provided by the User including but not limited to user names and passwords, addresses, e-mail addresses, financial information (such as credit card numbers), the International Mobile Equipment identity number accessed in the User’s Device, phone-book information, or other User Information. If the User uses such Application functionality, the User consents to the transmission of User Information to Mi-O Gifts Pte Ltd, its agents and/or service providers and authorizes Mi-O Gifts, its agents and/or service providers to record, process and store such User Information as necessary for the Application functionality.
The User is solely responsible for maintenance of the confidentiality and security of any User Information transmitted from or stored on a Device for purposes of the Application, including Online Payment, for all transactions and other activities undertaken in the User’s name, whether authorized or unauthorised. The User agrees to immediately notify Mi-O Gifts of any unauthorised transactions associated with the Application or any other breach of security. Mi-O Gifts and its partners shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the loss or theft of User Information transmitted from or stored on a Device or from unauthorised or fraudulent transactions associated with the Application.
Subject to these Terms, Mi-O Gifts Pte Ltd grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to use the Application for personal and/or non-commercial use only on an Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch or an Android device (each a “Device”) owned or controlled by User as permitted by the Apple Terms or the Google Terms and in accordance with these Terms (“User License”). Any use of the Application in any other manner, including, without limitation, resale, transfer, modification or distribution of the Application or text, pictures, music, barcodes, video, data, hyperlinks, displays and other content associated with the Application (“Content”) is prohibited.
Rewards are loaded electronically to your Mi-O Rewards account. You may d track your available rewards through the Mi-O mobile app. Only one reward voucher may be redeemed with each transaction. This means that you cannot use more than one reward coupon together in the same transaction.
Mi-O Gifts reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the app and its Rewards scheme at any time, without giving specific notice to you.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Mi-O Gifts Pte Ltd will not be liable to you for:
- the consequences of any delay or mistake relating to the use of your Mi-O website/app caused by any circumstances beyond our control;
- any loss or damage which was not caused by our breach of this agreement or breach of our legal duty of care;
- any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either our breach of this agreement or breach of our legal duty of care. Loss or damage is "reasonably foreseeable" if, at the time we entered into this agreement, such loss was contemplated by you and by us; or
- any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of you failing to take reasonable precautions against such loss or damage.
